First, confirm that Dr. B. is available on your date and time by calling him at 702-419-9593.
Next, select the appropriate payment amount for the party options you have chosen. If the total amount of your party is not listed on this page, select the appropriate combination of payments that equals your party total.
For example, if your payment is to be $130, enter the number "1" in the Quantity Box for the following payments: $100, $25, and $5.
Once you have made your selections, proceed to checkout by clicking, "Add to cart" on ANY ONE of your choices, it will automatically include ALL the choices you have selected.
$50 Reservation FeeIn addition to securing the date and time, the Reservation Fee also pays for materials and supplies that I will be bringing to your event. These materials and supplies are sometimes perishable, and purchased specifically for your event.
